With his big boy size, Rex might look imposing, but in his mind, he’s a pint-sized lapdog who just wants to snuggle up close to his favorite people. Rex is fiercely devoted to those he loves and takes his role as protector seriously—you’ll always feel safe with him by your side. He's not shy about showing his affection and will proudly make sure everyone knows who his people are. Though selective with new faces and not particularly fond of other dogs, Rex shines in a calm, confident home where he can bond deeply with his humans. He walks well on leash and enjoys playful games of tug, followed by long, cozy sessions curled up on the couch. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
