King thrives on human interaction and gets along well with other dogs after proper introductions. He is not reactive to cats and is a perfect passenger on car rides—an ideal adventure buddy. King has excellent walking manners and fantastic recall, making him a great hiking companion with an easygoing attitude. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows basic commands like sit, down, stay, and here, combining fun with good manners. He also loves playing in the water and would thrive in an active home with a yard where he can run and play. Despite his long wait, King’s spirit remains unbroken. Currently, he is back at boarding and living in a kennel, which is causing him significant stress. He desperately needs a loving home where he can relax and be himself.
