Posted Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed (short coat). The dogs Arcadia Animal Rescue saves are mainly located in southern states, such as NC, SC, TN and TX. We can transport to most states, through partner networks. Virtual meet n greets can be arranged for all non-local adopters. Meet Penny's Puppues from TN! Our rescue group saved Penny from an overcrowded kill shelter in Memphis TN during the summer. We were able to find a local foster her Penny. Shortly afterwards, we found out Penny was pregnant! Penny had a litter of 6 healthy pups and she has done a great job. The puppies are now 12 weeks old and are ready to be adopted to their furever homes ASAP. This is far from ideal, they really need to be in loving homes. Due to record number owner surrenders this year, we have zero foster homes available.
