Posted Breed: Terrier. Meet Scarface, a sweet, smart dog who has been in and out of the shelter for nearly a year. Each time he is reclaimed, we hope it's his last, but he always seems to find his way back. It's disheartening for us and even more so for him. Scarface is tired of the constant back and forth, and we know he deserves better. He loves belly rubs, rolling in the grass, and has shown he knows some basic commands.
