In his foster home, Wilbur has proven to be a true gentleman—he’s fully housetrained, sleeps soundly through the night, and is as polite as they come. Indoors, he’s calm and content to quietly stay close—never clingy, just gently present. He’s shy at first, but once you’ve earned his trust, he’ll show you his love with his signature “Wilbur lean” into your side and maybe even a gentle kiss or two. Wilbur gets along beautifully with his foster’s dogs, though he prefers to relax near them rather than engage in play. His idea of a perfect day includes soaking up the sunshine in the yard, listening to birdsong, and watching for his feathered friends with total fascination—he’s absolutely mesmerized by them! When it’s time for a walk, he’s great on leash in his harness and loves exploring, though you’ll definitely notice when a squirrel or rabbit catches his eye.
