While toys might not be her primary passion, Pepper absolutely loves Kongs filled with peanut butter, especially when they're frozen! And when it comes to treats, she's an enthusiastic connoisseur — she's never met one she didn't like! You'll be delighted to know that Pepper is already crate trained and housebroken, making for a smooth transition into her new home. While she's generally quiet, you'll hear her adorable, unique "woofs" when she anticipates mealtime — a charming quirk her foster parents lovingly refer to as her "spicy" side, even calling her "Miss Spicy"! While her heart is on the mend, The Furever Project will continue covering all medical costs associated with her heartworm treatment until she gets a clean bill of health (negative heartworm results). Until she is clear of heartworms, she can be adopted under a foster-to-adopt contract.
