Rocko is full of playful energy and absolutely loves dashing around with toys clutched proudly in his mouth. He'll chase after them with excitement, though returning them isn't exactly his style--he prefers to keep the prize for himself. Once he knows and trusts you, Rocko's affectionate side shines, showering his favorite people with love and loyalty.
