Description
Dog Breed: Shepherd / Mixed. Adoption Fee: 425. Meet Jingles – a bouncy, brainy pup ready to bring the party (and the cuddles) to your life! When I first arrived at my foster home, I was a little unsure of the world. New sounds, new people, new everything—it was a lot! But with a little love and a lot of playtime, I’ve transformed into a confident, happy-go-lucky young pup who’s loving life and ready to find a family of my own. I’m about 10 months old and living that classic “toddler dog” life—full of curiosity, energy, and a little bit of mischief. I love running zoomies, wrestling with my dog friends, and exploring the yard until I’m ready to crash. I sleep soundly in my crate at night, but during the day? Eh, I’d rather be out where the action is. I’ve got a beautiful husky-style voice and I’m not shy about using it, so I’m best suited for a home without shared walls. Here’s something cool: I’ve already graduated from a basic group training class and am moving on to intermediate! I’m a smart cookie who thrives on learning, so continued training will be right up my alley. I’m still working on a few things—like keeping my paws off the counter, not body-slamming my people with love, and understanding that not everyone enjoys a full-speed greeting. But with patience and consistency, I know I’ll get there. I’d love an active family who will take me on adventures and help channel my energy and smarts into fun activities. In return, I promise to make you laugh daily, keep you on your toes, and shower you with loyalty and affection. If you’re ready for a playful, eager-to-learn pup who’s already made big strides and is just getting started—I might be your guy. Let’s meet and see if we’re the perfect fit! ❤️ Interested in adopting this lovable animal? Please go to our website .wagsmn and fill out an Adoption Application. Breed overview

Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
