My previous owner wanted to euthanize me because they did not want the responsibility of caring for a dog, but CARL believes that I have a lot of love and happiness left to give to the right family. I love human attention and playing with toys. Although I enjoy romping around in playgroups at the kennel, I prefer to spend my days as the queen of the castle. It is not known if I am good with cats or children. I'm house broken - I will use the doggie door or ask to go out. I have good leash manners and know basic commands - sit, lay down and come when called. I am an incredibly sweet and hopeful dog, and I know that I will be the light in someone's life.
