Dog Breed: Belgian Shepherd Malinois / German Shepherd Dog. Located in CA Aja is an adorable puppy who suffered an injury to her left back leg before coming into MAD on Jan. 13th. She will require a couple of surgeries to repair her leg (MA will cover the expenses). Despite having to hobble around, she is a loving, curious puppy who loves to play with other dogs and run zoomies around the yard. Aja is a high energy girl who isn't letting her leg slow her down one bit! Aja is a smart, confident girl with zero fear and a ton of reslience. And she had a surprize in store for us! It looks like she has had a bit of advanced training, as she knows how to circle around from your side to walk between your legs! She is great in the crate, housebroken and has no separation anxiety. The applicant must drive the remainder of the distance of the transport. Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics.
