Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Beagle / Mixed (short coat). Bagel's happy to play 'fetch' though right now she's more likely to throw it around and re-chase it than bring it back directly to you. She knows sit, down and shake commands and pretty good at stay. After a walk or playtime she shows her appreciation for some good pets and snuggles and then happy to take a nice rest. She'd be a great addition for someone looking for a couch companion or just another soul to keep you company! Bagel is a great dog- She's ready give you all the affection she's been storing up in her big heart! She is approximately 6 years old and 76lbs. Young kids make her a little uneasy, but teens (15+) and up she seems to do okay with. Look at those beautiful brown eyes. Don’t they just melt your heart?! She needs a bit of time to adjust to visiting strangers, but she just needs some help with easing her anxiety. Minimal visitors, and the ability to take her with when traveling, will be the best for her. But what dog wouldn't love to go with the family on vacays and go for a car ride?! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice.
