This spunky sweetheart is a true survivor from NYC ACC who’s been thriving in her upstate NY foster home — and she’s ready to find her forever family! At about 3 years old, spayed, fully vetted, and microchipped, Penne has come a long way from her rough start. She can be a little cautious meeting new people (sometimes a tiny grumble until she knows you’re safe), but once she trusts you, she becomes your biggest fan — following you everywhere and showering you with love.
