While he may move a bit more slowly and wear diapers due to incontinence, Toto doesn’t let that stop him from being affectionate and happy. His foster describes him as a “total lovebug” who always wants to be close to his person. He’s dog selective, so any canine housemates should meet him first to ensure a good match.
