Description
Dog Breed: Beagle / Bulldog / Mixed (short coat). Sid is still available for adoption and has been with me now for over 3 months! This guy is a lover! He is a 5 year old Beagle/Bully Breed mix who loves snuggles, kisses, walks, belly rubs, and stuffed toys! He is crate trained, house broken, has great leash manners, gets along with the 3 other dogs in his foster home, and is okay with cats. Sid also has very strong Beagle instincts and loves to use his nose! His foster has been working with him on scent work basics and he has a ball! He'd be a great hobby nose work dog for anyone who wants to pursue dog sports! ~~For information on our adoption process and/or to submit an adoption application, please visit our website .campchaospuppyrescue~~ Please Like our Facebook page: .facebook/campchaospuppyrescue Watch our Facebook page and/or our website for locations and event details. Breed overview
Overview:
The Beabull, a charming crossbreed between the Beagle and the Bulldog, originated from the desire to blend the playful nature of the Beagle with the sturdy build and gentle disposition of the Bulldog. Physically, Beabulls are medium-sized dogs, typically weighing between 30-60 pounds, showcasing a muscular frame, a short coat often in shades of brown, white, or brindle, and the distinctive droopy ears of their Beagle heritage. Their temperament is generally described as affectionate, loyal, and good-natured, making them excellent family pets that get along well with children and other animals. While adaptable to apartment living if provided with sufficient daily exercise, they thrive with a yard to explore. Potential owners should be aware of common health concerns inherited from their parent breeds, such as hip and elbow dysplasia, respiratory issues due to their brachycephalic features, and ear infections, necessitating regular veterinary check-ups and attentive care.
