Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Jack Russell Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Jill is a beautiful pup who is looking for a new home. She came to us from our partner rescue in Florida, and is now in a loving NJ foster home. We think she's about one year old. Jill and her brother Jack really love each other and are great friends and companions. They would love to find a home together but might be ok separately if the new homes have another dog. They are sweet, loving, playful pups. They can be a little timid at first, but they're really enjoying getting attention from us and from neighborhood kids. They're lap dogs, for sure! Jill loves to play with other dogs, loves to snuggle, and is learning to enjoy walks. She loves to run, play with balls and toys, and really loves her brother Jack (did we say that already?!). Jill is piddle-pad trained. She knows how to use a doggie door. Jill is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and has been treated for parasites. Her adoption fee is $450. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
