With her boundless energy, she’s always ready for a play session with her favorite toys, whether it’s tennis balls, plushies, or tug ropes. Her name is extremely fitting as she will bounce up and down like a pogo stick when she's excited to make new freinds. But don’t let her playful nature fool you; Pogo is also incredibly loving and tender. When she’s not in full-on play mode, you’ll find her snuggled up, and she gives the most heartwarming hugs. She’s the kind of dog who loves to curl up next to you, resting her head on your lap or leaning in for a cuddle. Her affection knows no bounds—she’ll happily shower you with kisses and follow you around, wanting to be your constant companion. Pogo’s love for people and her friendly, approachable nature make her a great addition to any home. All adoptions are done on a first come, first adopt basis for pre-approved applicants. The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
