Teddy is a 10-year-old mix of Shar Pei charm and Basset Hound silliness — a lovable, wrinkly old soul with short legs and a big heart. He may be hard of hearing, but he hears love loud and clear. Teddy is a people-pup through and through. He gets along well with most dogs — especially calm companions who respect his space — though he prefers to keep mealtime a solo affair (can’t blame a guy for loving his food!). He’s not a fan of stairs, so a home with easy access or few steps would make him happiest. Teddy enjoys short walks, cozy naps, and quiet moments with his favorite people. If you’ve got a calm home, a soft bed, and room in your heart for a senior sweetheart, Teddy just might be your perfect match. Teddy was previously treated for heartworm, is neutered, up to date on vaccines & preventatives, and ready to spend his golden years with you. Currently fostered in York, PA. New Oxford, PA 17350 LIC #9736 We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
