He was found wandering the streets of Parlier, just a baby trying to figure out the world on his own. Now, at around 7 months old, he’s getting a second chance — and he’s ready to bloom in a home of his own Toby loves rolling in the grass, splashing in the water, and goofing around with his doggy buddies. He’s crate trained (almost a pro!) and totally food-motivated, which makes training a breeze. He may not realize how big he’s getting, but that just adds to his endearing charm.
