Dog Breed: Dachshund / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: $150. George came to Tulare County Animal Services with a severely injured hind leg requiring immediate amputation. Thankfully their team sprang into action and treated his injury. He has recovered beautifully in our Depot and is ready to begin a new life. George is the sweetest and is currently housed with several other dogs. They get along wonderfully! He likes to be with people and loves playing with toys. George doesn't even seem to realize that he is missing a back leg. He is going to make a great family companion!
