Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed (medium coat). Forever home wanted, meet Tulip. To look at Tulip you would probably see a dog that hasn't had the best care in her young life. To meet Tulip, you'd see a dog that just wants to give love and be loved. Tulip found herself at the SEAACA shelter as a stray and no one came looking for her. Tulip had demodex mange which is not contagious and it has resolved with some medicated baths. After several weeks of our dedicated volunteers giving Tulip her baths, she looks like a different dog. Since Tulip is new to the rescue, we are just getting to know her. She is very friendly with the staff and volunteers at the hospital where she is now waiting for her spay.
