Otto lives for belly rubs, playtime, and making his people smile. ??This bouncy boy is doing well on leash—and like many pups his age, loves to explore the world with his mouth. He’s eager to learn and wants nothing more than to please. He’s the kind of pup who will thrive with structure, consistency, and someone who understands that puppies need patience and guidance. We can already tell—he’s going to grow into one incredibly smart and loyal dog. He’s the brother of another shelter pup, Ophelia, and just like her, he’s full of potential.
