Dog Breed: Rat Terrier (short coat). Cherri is a sweet and energetic girl who would love a family of her own! She is about 1 year-old and a svelte 20 lbs. She's very energetic but so sweet and loves other dogs and humans too. She does have a strong prey drive and chases small animals and is likely to chase cats. Cherri loves to run and explore, though she can get a bit excited and bark and pull, so she'll need a bit of guidance on walking etiquette. When inside, Cherri isn't destructive at all and just wants to sit in a human's lap for cuddles. Cherri can become very excited around food -- she might jump up and down at dinner time but she is eager to learn nice manners!
