Dog Breed: Dalmatian (short coat). Owner Surrender - FB Brennen Bunthorne. Lucas - said to be purebred Dalmatian 5-6 years old - fixed and UTD - dog / people friendly and has attended training classes. Surrendered due to landlord restrictions on size. His vet will be emailing shot records. Owner surrender 5/6/2025: takes Trazadone for anxiety. Very clingy, Friendly with smaller dogs, defensive with larger dogs. knows basic commands. HW tx completed 1/3/2023. Dental recommended ASAP 8/27/2024. Vet records show frequent ear issues (Yeast) 4/1/25 Metro and Prilosec along with I/D food. recommended dental ASAP again to assess left upper bonding or extraction. Spoke to Brittany Barnett East Riverside Vet has note "caution, will bite, not aware of bite history though. Very anxious, not aggressive. Will nip and thrash when restrained, required sedation for most exams. should be adopted only to someone with breed experience. She suggested contacting Hot Mess Pooches Rescue and Sanctuary who helps a lot with Dalmatians. sent them an email. Natalie 504 261-4204 (Hot Mess)
