She was found as a stray with an injured leg but that doesn't slow her down one bit. Rosie is incredibly sweet, smart and full of puppy curiosity. She's learning the ropes of being a beloved companion and is sure to bring joy to anyone lucky enough to have her! Rosie loves to play so another puppy or small dog would be great. She also loves to cuddle in your lap. She is sleeping in the big bed but could learn a kennel or bed beside your bed. Rosie loves her toys! She can squeak her toys all day!! She hasn’t yet torn one up! Rosie had to have her front left leg amputated. It was too badly broken to save. She has recovered and is doing great! As soon as she came home after her surgery, she was so happy! She must've been in such pain! Love dachshunds and not ready to adopt or circumstances won't permit having a dog?
