Please apply online at texasgreatdane/adoption-application/ ** Beau is a handsome 2-year-old Terrier blend who weighs approximately 55 pounds. He has a sweet temperament and is active and playful. He has the dog door down and seems to be house broken. He is a really sweet guy! Beau has been diagnosed with heartworm infection and has already been treated for the heartworm infection with the fast kill method. He should test negative on his next retest in 6 months. Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for his entire life (up to 15+ years or more.) You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. His adoption fee is $200. This includes his neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccination, Nobivac® Intra-Trac 3 vaccination, Drontal® Plus, IDEXX SNAP® 4Dx Plus Test, Tri-Heart® Plus chewable tablet, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Our group focuses on assisting open admission shelters in South Texas where over 32,000 dogs and cats are euthanized each year. Our puppies and dogs are completely vetted and live in foster homes. They are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and tested for heartworm disease. All adoptions include one month of flea and heartworm preventative and a leash and collar. We also host additional adoption events throughout the year.
