My name is Colby and I am a very shy (but happy) 1 year old boy. I do fantastic around other dogs (big and small) but I am very nervous around humans. I am not hopeless though! If I am shown patience and given space, my foster mom has seen that I can warm up to my new surroundings and even humans. I am definitely more trusting of women than men. I want to trust very badly but just need a little time to get adjusted. I am completely potty trained, great with the doggy door, and love being outside! Once I finally feel comfortable, the puppy in me comes out and you will start to see my love of playing with toys and other dogs. Other dogs are so much fun! Oh and I love going on walks as well! A lot is new to me so my foster mom is working to provide as many experiences as possible and show me I am in a safe place and I am going to be okay. I am even starting to learn that the car isn’t so scary and cry less and less with each adventure I take! If you are willing to be patient with me, I would love to meet you.
