Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Hound / Mixed (short coat). Meet Rico! He is a young lab mix (around 2 years) found as a stray. He is very playful- he is a tug o war champion! He's very smart and knows a few basics, but he'll need a patient family to teach him to be a little more gentle. He is vocal as well, so hopefully his new home will be somewhere he won't bother neighbors and have lots of room to run off his energy. This sweet boy has the potential to be an amazing family member! He loves playing fetch, and loves his enrichment toys! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice.
