I'm Trixie, a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd/Collie mix with a heart full of love and energy to spare. I was surrendered because my previous family couldn't keep up with my skin allergies, which made life tough for me. But don't worry—I'm a fighter! Since starting treatment with Bravecto on 05/01/25 and getting proper care, I'm hopeful my beautiful coat will bounce back soon. I'm a total pro at fetch and could play for hours. I adore spending time with people and love going on adventures! I get along well with other dogs, but a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we're a perfect pack. My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, microchipped, up-to-date rabies vaccination, boosters, and I'm heartworm negative. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
