Weighing 62 pounds, she arrived at the shelter as a stray—her body showing the signs of being overbred, her teats still full of milk, but no puppies in sight. It was clear she was grieving, both physically and emotionally. Despite her pain, Remy remained incredibly gentle and loving. She also bore scars and a skin infection, but through it all, her sweet nature never faded.
