Currently Living at: DC area foster home See this cutie in this video! .youtube/shorts/aa2w9KVPb8g Butternut Squash is Looking For: His forever home! This sweetie is eagerly looking forward to having his own humans for sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up. And dog school so he can show how super smart he is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scritches at the end of a fun day together. And he'll want quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. Most of all, though, he wants to know he's safe and loved. In exchange he promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags he's storing up, and loyal companionship for all his days. What do you say? Is Butternut Squash the one you see by your side? What My Foster Says About Me: Overall, I am finding Butternut Squash to be a great houseguest. He's pretty independent and will play on his own with toys but also likes me to join in for games of fetch and tug-of-war. He loves taking walks and lazing away the day in the yard. He sleeps quietly in his crate has been respectful of my senior dog. He was more confident than I expected and had tolerance for (most) noises and cars. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training. TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
