Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier (medium coat). Hello! I am Astro! I am so adorable, truly my looks are out of this world! I am a little bit of a shy fella sometimes, but once I warm up to you, I am loyal and sweet. I enjoy cozy, cuddly blankets, treats to snack on, and someone to spend my days with. I had a rough start to life and I deserve to be pampered, spoiled, and well-loved! I would love a home with lots of toys for me to check out, a warm bed that I can take long naps in, and best of all - a person to love me always. Come meet me today! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog's better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict. I am a senior dog that is eligible for the Senior 2 Senior Adoption Program! The Adoption Fee Includes: - initial canine distemper combination vaccination - first worming or stool check - rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age) - 24 Petwatch microchipping - flea treatment/preventative - spaying or neutering Adoption fee: $95.00 Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2024 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. The cost of the license is $9.20. (Senior Citizen or Person with Disability-$7.20) Leash and collar included.
