Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Plott Hound / Mixed (medium coat). MEET RIA! Ria (pronounced Rye-ah) is a playful and energetic 1-year-old dog who is still a big puppy at heart! Ria is ready to bring joy and adventure to an active home. She is looking for adopters who can match her energy and are committed to continuing her training with positive, force-free methods. Lucky for you, Ria is very food motivated and has been making wonderful progress on potty training and loose leash walking. Ria loves human attention, but can be selective when it comes to canine friends. For this reason, she should meet any new doggy siblings before heading home. Ria lived with a cat in her most recent home and would often try to enage them in play, so she would be happy to live with a dog-savvy kitty. If you are ready for a fun-loving companion and are dedicated to her growth, Ria could be the fit for you! She will be waiting to steal your heart at our Boston adoption center. Ria is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed, microchipped and seen by our vet team.
