Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Cannon is a 2-year-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix who must be neutered before adoption. He was brought to PAHS by county animal control after he was found abandoned out in the county. Cannon is black with white markings; and he weighs 57 pounds. Even though he is a large dog--he is very gentle and loving. The staff feel he would be good with children. If you have another dog, we would required a scheduled "meet and greet" with your dog. Come out and meet this great dog soon! Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under "special needs" our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
