Nilla is a 3-month-old, 48lb lb Great Pyrenees puppy with a curious heart and a nose for adventure! This smart girl is always on the move, ready to explore the world one pawstep at a time. She loves to climb, wander, and investigate every nook and cranny. Nilla does great with people and has a confident, independent personality. She’s still learning how to walk politely on a leash and follow commands, but she’s sharp and has already mastered the command, “sit”. While she’s a bit more reserved than the previous two cuddly pups, Nilla still enjoys companionship—just on her own terms. She’s friendly with other dogs but tends to take on the role of leader, so she’ll do best with dogs who don’t mind her alpha energy. If you’re looking for a smart, adventurous companion who’s more into exploring than snuggling, Nilla is your trail buddy in the making! Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
