Josephine came to us under extreme conditions. One of our volunteers was coming back home to Virginia from FL & stopped to get gas at a truck stop. She witnessed poor Josie getting kicked in the head by her "owner" well our volunteer intervened & convinced him to give her the dog. She drove her back to Virginia with her & has been staying with his sweet volunteer and their dogs. She is healthy and up to date, heartworm negative. She is an absolute doll baby!!!! Sweet & calm & demure & never obnoxious or out of line. She absolutely loves people & if you let her will sit in your lap & give you kisses. Josie is good with dogs & kids (she really loves kiddos) cats are unknown but we can test her if you have a cat! She is just a real pleasure to be around. Who knows what she is mixed with she is a tiny little thing at maybe 30-35lbs. And we are guessing maybe some kind of lab/pit bull mix. Your guess at her breed mix is as good as ours! She is 100% sweet though! Her adoption fee is $250 and includes all her vaccines, hw test, deworming, microchip & spay.
