LALA & PERITO - DACHSHUND (SHORT COAT) DOG FOR ADOPTION

Description

Dog Breed: Dachshund (short coat). Lala and Perito are a pair of dogs that were surrendered together from Puerto Rico. The family had a baby and Perito was not a fan. The family decided that it was best for both of their dogs and their growing family to ask us to find them a new home. Lala is black and tan and 10 year old 15 pound female who is sweet and loves to be with people. Ideally, she will have a family that is home quite a bit. She has things to say when people leave so she may not be good in an apartment. She is a very loving girl. Perito is a red 12 year old 14 pound male who is fun and sweet. He’s not good with cats or small children, but he’s good with older children and other dogs. He’s got that amazing dachshund prey drive and can be on the hunt for lizards and other small critters when he has access to a yard. Both are healthy and are ready for their forever home.
