My name is Blue and I am rescue off the streets of Tijuana, Mexico, and am currently staying at one of the best rescue sanctuary/hospital/hospice care facilities in the area. Meeting any dog is by appointment ONLY currently. Appointments can be set up to meet any dog in San Diego. Currently we are unable to do any out-of-state adoptions.
