This beautiful little girl is Rouge, an under-a-year-old pocket pit bull with a heart full of love and hope. She came to us on March 28th as a stray, along with her sister. Sadly, when their owner came to reclaim one, they left Rouge behind—stating they would only be able to breed her sister (Trust us we begged, bargained, and pleaded for them to get the sister spayed ). But Rouge’s story took a brighter turn here. We made sure she would never be used for profit, and she was spayed to protect her from a life of breeding that she never deserved. Now, Rouge is finally ready for a fresh start. She’s adorable, full of affection, and ready to fill a home with joy. Rouge deserves to know what it feels like to be truly loved—not for what she can give, but simply for who she is. Let’s help Rouge find the family she’s been waiting for.
