Dog Breed: Chihuahua (short coat). Adoption Fee: 300. Sammy is a sweet, gentle Chihuahua mix. His owner had to go into a nursing home, so Sammy found his way to Ruff Love Rescue. He has been sad, mourning the loss of his owner, not knowing what happened. But, he is in a foster home now, and hopefully he will find his joy again.
