Description
Dog Breed: Australian Shepherd (medium coat). Meet Milo, the Australian Shepherd. Typical to the breed â Milo is a smart cookie and knows âsitâ, âlay downâ, âstayâ and âcomeâ. His favorite toys are balls and he enjoys playing fetch (although he is still perfecting the retrieval part of the game of fetchâ¦). He is also house trained. Staff have observed that Milo is easy to walk on leash and would be a great sidekick for a variety of homes. Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
