Dog Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed (medium coat). In search of a best friend? We’d like to nominate Westman! Westman loves companionship & affection. Since being found abandoned at a local dog park in the summer of ’24, he’s been dreaming of only one thing – finding his forever family. Found with a blanket, food & a note saying he was “the bestest boy”, it’s hard to believe how anyone could give this great dog up. This young boy loves attention & is easy going, playful & goofy! Great in shelter playgroups with other active, playful dogs, we feel he could be a good addition to a home with another dog. (We do always recommend proper, slow introductions). He enjoys long walks, loves playtime & one of his favorite things is hopping up on a bench or chair to snuggle next to you. He already knows several basic commands & is very treat motivated so would love for you to teach him more. He appears housebroken & sits quietly in the car. Westman’s dream come true is to be the perfect pea in your pod, the yin to your yang, the missing piece to complete your puzzle!
