Since arriving in foster care, she’s bonded closely with her foster family and their dog Ingrid, proving she’s not only loyal but also deeply affectionate once she feels safe. JD is smart, crate trained, potty trained, and thrives on structure. She’s recently been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, she's healthy and ready for her forever home. Active lifestyle? She’s all in. JD is athletic, energetic, and would make a fantastic adventure buddy for someone who enjoys hiking, running, or exploring the outdoors. She’s quick to learn and eager to please, especially when there’s a routine and some positive reinforcement involved. She’d do well as the only dog or with a calm, well-mannered canine companion. Her main area for growth is reactivity, she can get overstimulated around other dogs and in chaotic environments like busy streets. That said, she’s already showing that, with the right support and consistency, she can work through it.
