Description
Dog Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (medium coat). Sick Canine Needing Placement by 06/18/25 Emo A374818 Weight: 24.60 lbs Heartworm Status: Below Detectable Limits for Microfilaria Bio: Intake exam notes: During her intake Emo was friendly with staff and allowed a full exam and to be given vaccines. Vet Notes: Emo was found bleeding from her nose on 06/14/25 CBC tests were done and shows CBC results reveal WBC, lymp and neuts increased with absent platelets. Only found 2 platelets, RBC's are enucleated over 95% of cells along with some cellular breakdown. Also noted that red cells were separating in tube so did an agglutination slide and it was positive for Agglutination. cbc repeated with same results Dog Test/Play group: Emo was tried for playgroup and was social, and playful with the other dogs in the yard. Staff notes: Emo has been friendly and social with staff enjoying all the attention she can get.
