So expert level, in fact, I must sleep under the covers with you. Have you always wanted a goat? I can help with that! My foster parents joke that I am part mountain goat with all the jumping and hopping around that I do. Have you been looking for more motivation for cleaning your kitchen? Never fear! Fae is here! If you leave any food/dishes out on the counter, I will utilize my mountain goat skills to get on the counter to deal with the mess you’ve left behind! I’m not doing it to be naughty, I am doing it to help you! Obviously! Do you have another dog that loves to play? Awesome, I do too and love friends that run around and play with me. Would you like to know that UPS delivered your package even before you get the notification? I’d love to make you aware that they are pulling up the driveway! Now that we got all of that out of the way, let me tell you even a little more about myself. I arrived at my foster home with my one puppy that I raised to be an exemplary member of society, and she has since been adopted. Now, it’s my turn! I came to Minnesota from Texas where I was rescued from a hoarded house. Due to this tough start, I am still working on my potty training but don’t be scared away! I use potty pads amazingly well and have been making progress toward learning to potty outside. I just need some patience and understanding. My foster home has other dogs of all sizes, and I get along with everyone fantastically! I love to play, and I love to just be around them. I do need a little bit of time to warm up to new dog friends but once I’m not nervous anymore, I will make it my life goal to be best friends! Now, I have a confession for you. I think the reason that I haven’t been adopted yet is because meeting new people can be a little stressful for me. Due to my less-than-ideal start in life, I didn’t get to socialize with a lot of people. This means that I don’t “show” well to people who don’t know me, but I PROMISE that once I get to know you and know that you aren’t going to hurt me, I will come around quickly. I’ve met quite a few new people in my foster home and I’m getting better and better at it! I just need love and patience, and I promise to give it back to you in ten-fold once I’m comfortable. I think I would prefer a home without small children due to this, but I think older, respectful children would be just fine! I am a bundle of joy and happiness that my foster parents absolutely adore having around but they know that I deserve to find my forever family! Give me treats, toys, love and let me sleep under the blankets with you and I’ll be the best friend you could ask for! I was going to keep this as a surprise for anyone that meets me, but I’ll dangle the carrot a little for everyone… I also haven’t the cutest little underbite on the planet. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
