Dog Breed: Terrier / Shih Tzu / Mixed. Calypso's island vibe is contagious -- she's fun and happy with lots of pep in her 10 year young and 20 pound step. Calypso was an owner surrender to an over crowded shelter that was starting to euthanize for space...we couldn't let that happen to her and brought her into our rescue. Calypso is in search of a foster or adopt home -- can you open your home and heart for this cutie? She is good with dogs and just happy dancing around on the leash or chilling with you. She is keeping her crate clean and has been great for all vetting. She is up to date on all her vaccines plus a dental and two lumps removed. The lumps were biopsied with clear margins and were determined to be low grade cancer with no further treatment recommended.
