Dog Breed: Chihuahua. Meet our newest little guy, Lilo. This cutie takes just a couple minutes to size you up and see if you and he can be best friends. He is currently living around other small dogs and doing pretty good. He is quite the toy thief though. Lilo would be best with older children.
