Once you have filled it out you must send it back via email to adoptalmosthomenm and then we will contact you to schedule an appointment. **Available** Very sweet energetic Jack Russell X Approximate DOB 5/1/2024 – About 12 lbs Logan was part of a large hoarding case. He was among about 30 small mix breed dogs- some inside and some outside. He was an outdoor only dog so is still learning the ropes of being a house dog. He is still pretty skittish so will need a very loving, understanding family to love. However, he has finally started to learn how to trust and now runs up to his foster mom and her grandchildren for attention, standing on his hind legs begging for love!! He is absolutely the most loving little boy who is soo excited with attention and love. He would love to have his own person to play with and get lots of love from. He is still working on house training. He seems to have gotten the hang of using the dog door and there have been no accidents in a few weeks thank goodness.. He has met several other dogs since being here and does best with females though I am sure he would be extremely happy as an only dog as well. He will make someone a perfect little friend. Maybe someone who enjoys hiking and the outdoors but really he is happy with just being with someone he loves and trusts. He will follow his foster mom through fire if he had to. His ideal person or people will help him overcome his past through giving him new experiences, lots of love, attention, and treats (though he is still learning to take them gently). We are sure once he understands how wonderful change is he will continue blossoming by leaps and bounds. Neutered, microchipped, and current on all vaccinations - Fee $150 We do welcome out-of-state adoptions.
