Dog Breed: Bearded Collie. Romeo was abandoned on someone's front porch when he was very young. Luckily the home owner was neighbors with an independent rescuer. He needed to be bottle fed for several weeks. He has been to the vet and cleared for adoption. He is thriving. He's a very lovable happy puppy.
