Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier. PEANUT BUTTER - 1 - 5 years old, 55 pounds, bouncy, lively, jumpy Dark brindle and just a bit thin, Peanut Butter is a friendly jubilant boy who just wants to be near you. He holds a toy KONG which we think might be akin to a blanket, think Linus from Peanuts! Don’t let this goofy boy fool you from his photos either! He didn’t smile as much as I would have liked but his energy and affection are clear and present. He is puppy like in his actions and energy. Peanut Butter is said to be good with other dogs. He arrived with a female canine companion, Za’Nobi, who is also available for adoption. They do not have to be adopted together. Bring your dog in for a meet and greet! Peanut Butter is currently in a back kennel so if you come in and don't see him, please just ask.

While they can adapt to apartment living with sufficient exercise, a house with a secure yard is often preferred. Notable health considerations include a predisposition to hip and elbow dysplasia, allergies, and certain heart conditions.
