Description

Dog Breed: German Shepherd Dog / Mixed (medium coat). Hope and her littermate were living for some time on the streets. They are both pretty scared of people right now, but our staff and volunteers are working with them to build their trust and give them good experiences with humans. They're both quite happy to be with other dogs, and we've set them up with mentor dogs in their kennels to help them trust humans more readily. Hope has participated in shelter playgroups and would likely benefit and enjoy a compatible canine friend in her new home. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we're a match!
